We take pride in carrying products we personally trust in our own hunting endeavors. It’s our first priority to ensure that our customers receive excellent products and service. Our manufacturers stand behind their products and so do we. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase per the terms of our Return Policy.

*PREORDER PRICING, SHIPPING, and AVAILABILITY

During our soft opening period, (July 2014) Elusive Outdoors is offering a 10% store-wide discount to all customers using the discount code: ELUSIVE14. This is a thank you for being our first customers. Please note that we currently don’t have most of the items in stock — thus our shipping terms differ in that we will have set dates during the month of July 2014, when items will be ordered from our manufacturers to our warehouse in North Platte, NE. Upon arrival at our warehouse, they will immediately be shipped to you. We apologize for the inconvenience and modified shipping policy, but hope the discount makes it worth your time and effort. In the future our stock will be much more immediate.

We are also opening up our manufacturer catalogs to any item they offer. We will not stock all of our manufacturer’s products. So this is a great time to pick up hard to find items.

SHIPPING

For orders exceeding $100 we offer free shipping within the continental US (Please choose the appropriate shipping option during checkout). All other orders are shipped on a flat rate charge. We strive to ship the same day your order (before 2 PM MST) via FedEX, UPS, or USPS for smaller items. Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping in our online checkout process. If you need something faster, call us and we’ll make proper arrangements.

Some products we sell are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Their shipping terms may be different, however we begin processing the orders as soon as we receive them.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out our Return Form and we’ll get the process started. Proof/receipt is required on all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 10% stocking fee may apply. All products must still have tags attached and be in “New and Sell-able” condition. (Free of stains, tears, scuffs, scratches, etc.) Please don’t use us as a rental program for your hunts, and be honest. Most of our manufacturers have incredible warranties and if you have issues with your products that need repair, we’d be happy to assist you in getting them fixed/replaced according to our manufacturer warranty terms.

PRICING/AVAILABILITY

We stive to keep our current inventories and pricing up to date, however, sometimes pricing changes without notice. There may also be typographical errors. Elusive Hunting reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) that have the incorrect price/description due to these errors. If a customer has already been charged for such an item, a credit will be issued to the purchaser’s card in the same amount of the charge (shipping charges will be refunded in these cases as the item will not ship).
